Its working principle lies in the fact that varying concentrations of sulfur hexafluoride in the air lead to different ionization levels of the mixed gas exposed to high-frequency electromagnetic fields. The sulfur hexafluoride concentration is then determined by measuring the ionization degree.
Performance Features
